I'm back with more low-prep and engaging math activity ideas! This time for teaching telling time :)
Centers & printables:
You can download a sample of my telling time math unit from my Free Resource Library (join my email list to get access). You can check out the entire unit in my TpT shop here.

Free online games:
I love using online games as a way for students to get extra practice. When I'm using online games in the classroom, I like to find ones that are free, don't require logging in, and don't have a ton of adds and extra visual stimuli. Here are some of my favorite clock/ time games I found:
- ABCya time game (includes digital and analog options)
- Toy Theater time game (you can change settings for telling time to the hour, half hour, quarter hour, five minutes, and minute)
- Mr. Nussbaum time game (4 difficulty levels to choose from)
- Room Recess time game (includes telling time to hour, half hour, quarter hour, five minutes, minute, and elapsed time)
- Primary Games time game
Free interactive online clocks:
There are so many ways to use interactive online clocks during groups! I like to tell students a time (or write it on the board/ a card) and then have them put the time on their online clock or put an online clock on the Smartboard and having students write the time on a white board.
