If you're constantly on the hunt for activities for math groups, centers & independent work, then I have you covered! I'm (slowly) writing blog posts for different math concepts so you can find low-prep ideas & freebies in one spot!
I use a variety of activities during math small groups, including worksheets, hands-on centers and digital activities. Check out a variety of addition activities:
Centers & Hands-On Tasks:
My students love these gumball & apple tree addition activities. We use them during centers and direct instruction. You can grab them from my addition within 10 unit here.
Digital Materials:
I'm still using a variety of digital activities. I use a few websites like Brainzy/ Education and MobyMax for math games & materials (not sponsored, just what I love!) and I also assign activities to my students through Google Slides (our district assigns Google accounts to all students).
You can grab these differentiated addition books (they're digital & printable!) here.
This pack has a variety of math activities, including addition! You can grab it for free here!
I also have a variety of digital addition activities here. You can grab the digital materials separately or as an entire addition unit (centers, worksheets and digital materials)!
You can grab these printable & digital single digit addition activities here.
If you loved seeing these addition freebies & ideas, check out this Activities & Freebies for Teaching Fractions post!
